Production Process

Providing our factory with fresh fish from Arabian sea then the production starts immediately with 6 steps and it ends with shipping.

Here are the steps :

1– Receiving the fresh fish in the factory & cleaning the fish and checking the quality.

2- Organizing & determining the size and grade of the fish.

3- Weighing the fish & cleaning it again.

4- Freezing the fish in Freezer to reach ( – 40 c ).

5- Packing the fish in our (10KG) or (20KG) Carton & place it in Frozen Storage at -18

6- loading to ship it to the customer destination
